One of the things that I do to stay on top of my game is to find mentors that are experts in their field but not necessarily in real estate.
Here’s a good example.
When I first wanted to learn email marketing, Ben Kinney’s Ten Days of Pain was all the rage. The program was called the Internet Marketing Specialist and they even offered a real estate designation.
Of course, I checked out the program.
Then I realized that thousands of other agents were doing the exact same thing. They were all sending the same dorky emails to everyone on their list.
And when the consumer received the exact email from seven different agents, we all looked like a pack of jack azzes.
If I had stuck with this program, I’d be the one in pain today.
Instead, I searched for the best digital copywriter in the world to learn how to build relationships through email. That education has paid off 1,000X and I share what I learned with you in the Insiders.
I did the same with Facebook ads.
In fact, I’ve paid thousands of dollars to learn Facebook advertising from the best Mad Men in the world.
Last year, my FB ads mentor mentioned something to me that I’ll never forget.
It was a tactic that he was using to help his ads get off to a great start and one that helps you extend the life of stale ads. I might have never asked followup questions if it wasn’t so weird, but when he explained it, it made perfect sense.
And it’s a trick that I’ve never seen anyone else talk about, even though Facebook has a button that makes this happen in one click.
I’ve been using it for more than a year to make sure my ads are blazing hot from the start and that I can run them for weeks and still get $3 leads.
It’s literally saved me thousands of $$$ and it’s going to be part of the June training for The Insiders.
It’s so hot, that I likely won’t include it for people that subscribe later. It’s my way of giving back to the current members who have been with me from the beginning.
Here’s the only place you can get it: https://insiders.teachable.com/p/insiders/
But you better get it while you can. See ya on the Inside…
