Today, I want to talk about seller leads.
And the first thing that you should know is that you can’t always control the type of lead that clicks on your links. For example, long before people get ready to sell their house, they typically search to see if they can find the home of their dreams at the right price.
I’ve found many sellers who clicked on a listing ad. Usually, these leads turn into two transactions: a sale and a purchase. That’s great, but you might want to target sellers exclusively, and I 100% understand why.
So, I included a training specifically designed to create ads that attract sellers. It’s based on the thoughts and concerns of homeowners right before they sell their home.
That’s where most people mess up lead generation. They don’t understand the fears and desires of their market.
Besides looking for homes to buy, sellers want to know the market trends in their neighborhood. Things like current listings, recent sales, pending and other statistics. And it’s hard for consumers to find this all in one place.
That’s why the Market Update reports from Sierra Interactive work so well for me. Everything is automated and sent out on a regular basis. But even if you don’t have Sierra, you can do something similar with reports from your MLS or RPR.
Here’s what you’ll learn in this 26-minute video.
- Step-by-Step instructions for the ad creative, ad setup and report setup
- The tools that I use and others that I recommend
- My thoughts behind the ad creative so you can adapt those to your ads
- The exact targeting that I use for Home Sellers
- And the results that I got from this ad
Go get this training now, while it’s still $50 off the regular price and includes the 30 minutes of One-on-One FB Ads training with me.
Here’s where to go:
The One-on-One Training is limited to the first 20 buyers and is starting to fill up. Don’t get left in the dark.
Tomorrow, I want to tell you more about my Facebook Ad targeting formula that included in this course. I’ve invested thousands in development to keep my ad expenses low and lead quality high.
