When helping out other agents with their marketing this is one of the mistakes that I always find.
Most do not have a complete marketing system.

I was a stone cold killer on the phone or in person. But in writing, I was a blubbering idiot.
It was too late for me to change directions now. It was either master this skill or get another career.
So I started looking at what the rest of my industry was doing.
And I was unimpressed.
Then I looked outside of real estate and it changed my world. In less than two years, this new revenue stream became 43% of our business. And it’s still growing.
Most agents would never share their secrets to success. But I’m not scared. Most agents will never put in the time to master this skill. And those that do, can’t compete with me.
Because it’s based on me. My skills, my personality, and my ability to solve your problems.
Anyone else who tries to copy me will only look like a cheap imitation. Like the Rolex you buy on the street for $20.
