If you are unhappy with your production this year, then this email is for you.
There is time to turn this ship around in 2017, but you need to start today. And you can do that by committing to take two hours this weekend to put back in your business.
I know this is a holiday weekend, but this is your last good chance of the year. Besides, I’m only asking for 2 short hours in a long three day weekend.
With the first hour, I want you to read my book. You can pick it up on Amazon for $5. Since, it’s a quick read (and power packed) you won’t mind reading this one on any device.
In the book, I teach you how to tell stories that lead to sales. The great thing about story telling, is that you can use it effectively in any medium: face to face, social media, email or on the phone.
Stories help you connect to people and build relationships. Plus, they give you something interesting to talk about every day.

Now, your second hour.
I want you to go through your phone contacts and social media friends lists. Find the people that you have the most influence with in your local area and write their names down.
These people could be friends, family, colleagues or anyone that would possibly refer you.
When finished you should have a pretty good list of names. If you have more than 150, I would cut back on the list size.
Why? We’ll get to that in an upcoming email.
For now, I just want you to complete a list and commit to contacting these people next week and finishing the list by the end of June. You can contact them anyway you want, and I would suggest that you do it by their preferred means of communication.
If you are not sure what that is, just mirror how they usually reach out to you.
Be a friend. Tell a story or two. Ask about the family and their work.
When the opportunity comes for a real estate conversation, and it will. Be ready for it.
While you are loving on your sphere (and they are loving you back) over the next seven months, you can be implementing the other strategies that I’ve outlined in the book. By December, you’ll have changed course and in top position for 2018.
The plan has been developed, tested and proven. All you have to do is show up.
